Funeral services for Ellie Danette Lee, infant daughter of Ronald “Danny” Lee and Hope Danette Mills will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2016 at St. Luke’s A.M.E. Church in Lawrence. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. She passed away September 4, 2016 at Children’s Mercy Hospital.
Survivors include her parents; maternal grandparents, Lori “Nana” and Dennis “Papa” Mills, Tonganoxie, KS; paternal grandfather, Jamie Lee, Lawrence, KS; maternal great grandma, Sue Mills, paternal great grandma, Mary Lee, both of Lawrence; maternal great grandpa, Paul “Paw Paw” Estes, Tonganoxie; paternal great grandpa, Ronald Lee, Lawrence; Uncles, Dustin Mills, Aaron Mills, both of Lawrence; Aunt Amarra Lee, Lawrence; great-great grandma, Shirley Schultz, Lawrence; and a host of other relatives and family friends.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Ronald McDonald House Charities – Kansas City and may be sent in care of the Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
