James was a big loveable kid! That’s the way I wish to remember him! He always ask how I was doing, so very thoughtful. James handled his many ‘bumps in the road’, head on, with a smile (if at all possible.
I know that he is having a great reunion with his dad, and many other loved ones that were waiting to greet him.
My heart goes out to all of the siblings for their loss. My love and special thoughts go to his mom, Ima (my sister in law). Just Having lost her Dave, she assumed care of James, with all the love a mother holds dear. Here’s to you Ima! Mother of the year!
    Love you, Aunt Ann.

Jim was a Lawrence High School friend of mine. He was a gentle kind and loving person. He had a hard time not understanding why many in this world did not share these same sentiments. Peace Jim to you and all who loved you, old friend.

Jim was a friend of my family for years. He was an “adopted uncle” to my children, Andrew, Nick and Grace. I will always remember Jim for his kindness. Jim wished to brighten the day of everyone he met. His Christian faith remained strong through many ups and downs. Rest in peace, Jim.

Ima, not sure if you’ll remember us. Over the last few years we crossed paths with James a couple times. I was surprised but he remembered us from way back in the 70’s. He was always so upbeat and had a beautiful smile.
We are sorry for your loss. I know he will be missed by many.
