Jeff was so enthusiastic and would express excitement when he had a goal planned. He loved talking and sharing his life with others. Jeff was such a great friend to me and taught me many things, one being the gift of humility. I thought the world of him, and will dearly miss his genuine smile. He was a very good man with a huge giving heart. I have faith that the wonderful memories will help ease the grief for all. Jeff, may you rest in peace my friend.

    Love,
    Tammy McElhinney
