I remember Phillip as a very happy child during my years at Lincoln Elementary School. I extend my condolances and prayers to the family during this time of sorrow and hope the prayers of others will help the family remember the positive times of Phillip’s life.

At Lincoln School, all the students had nicknames, his was Phillip 66. We had many great times back then.
