A Memorial service for Elsie H. Tuttle, 82, Eudora will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, October, 13, 2012 at First Southern Baptist Church in Eudora. She died October 11, 2012 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born on May 22, 1930 in Mountain View, Arkansas the daughter of William and Sadie (Hughes) Prichard.
Elsie was a homemaker. She was a long time member of the First Southern Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for many years.
She married Vernon Leon Tuttle on March 24, 1955 in Mountain View, Arkansas. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include daughter, Donna Randel and husband, Coy, Eudora; two sisters, Myrl Allcorn and Drewie Allcorn and husband, Clyde, all of Mountain View, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Jared and Samantha; three sister-in-laws; Margaret Kendrick and husband, Ralph, Lawrence, Earlene Donoho, Lawrence, Annie Mae and husband, James Brown, Smithville, MO and brother-in-law, James Tuttle, Eudora. She was preceded in death by one sister, Jennifer “Bobie” Morgan and one brother, Joe Prichard.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the First Southern Baptist Church and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary- Eudora Chapel.
