Memorial services for Autumn Grace Smith, 1, Lawrence will be held on her 2 ^nd birthday at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Christ Community Church in Lawrence. She passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 at her home.

Autumn was born September 28, 2015 in Lawrence the daughter of Chance and Megan (Glotzbach) Smith.

Survivors include her parents, Chance and Megan, brother Liam; grandparents: Karen Glotzbach, Diana Frisbie, Wayne Glotzbach, Lavana Hubbel, great grandparents: Pat Kirkman, Bill and Virginia Glotzbach, Bob and Ann Smith along with many aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Steve Smith, great grandparents William Kirkman and Grace Hubbel.

Memorial contributions may be made in Autumn’s name to the Lawrence Blue Santa (Bring a gift for a child) and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
