Bernadine Olive (Banker) Nunn

Funeral services for Bernadine Olive (Banker) Nunn, 93, Eudora will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2019 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary – Eudora Chapel in Eudora, KS. Burial will follow at Eudora Cemetery. She passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at her home.

Bernadine was born on August 8, 1925 in Rolla, KS, the daughter of John and Olive (Bullard) Banker.

She worked at Dillons until she retired in 1985.

She was a member of the Eudora Baptist Church and Eastern Star.

She married Marshall Cleo Nunn on October 3, 1941 in Preston, MO. He preceded her in death March 1979.

Survivors include her son, Bruce Nunn (Kathy), Eudora; two daughters, Karen (Vernie) Young, Kansas City, KS, Judy (Tim) Ross, Eudora; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, 12 great great gandchildren; sister, Nan Banker Mattern; and two brothers, Carl Banker and Walter Banker. She was preceded in death by her son, Cleo Nunn, four brothers, Bob, Don, Ed and Jim Banker and one sister, Jackie Collins.

The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at 1 pm at Warren-McElwain Mortuary-Eudora Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Eudora Baptist Church or Hospice Compassionate Care and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
