Charles Harvey Kelly, Jr. 63, Lawrence passed away on August 12, 2026 at Pioneer Ridge Skilled Nursing in Lawrence. He was born August 1, 1963 in Winchester, Massachusetts the son of Charles Harvey Kelly, Sr. and Barbara Milligan Kelly.
Charles graduated from Acton-Boxborough High School in Acton, MA in 1981 and later attended and graduated from Fort Hays State University. Charles was an avid comic book collector, enjoyed watching movies and visiting with his family.
Survivors include his father, Charles Harvey Kelly, Sr., his sister, Patricia (Allan) Hess, nieces and nephews, Jared Rolph, Amanda Rolph, Lois Haus, Brian Leatherwood. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara and his sister, Cheryl Shogren Leatherwood.
The family suggests memorials in his name to Fredonia Pound Pals and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
