Charlyne Mcdaniel

Funeral service for Charlyne W. McDaniel, 90, Eudora, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary –Eudora Chapel.  Burial will follow at  DeSoto Cemetery, DeSoto.  She died September 25, 2009, at the F.W. Huston Senior Living Center in Winchester.

She was born March 16, 1919, in Hannibal, MO, the daughter of John and Hazel Moore (Moffitt) Walker.

Mrs. McDaniel was a homemaker.  She enjoyed travelling and being with her family and friends.

She married J. L. McDaniel on February 6, 1950 in Bentonville, AR.  He preceded her in death on December 7, 1972.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Bonebrake, Eudora, KS, Peggy L. Bernath, Las Vegas, NV, Sandra S. Freeman, McLouth, KS; six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a brother.

The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to F.W. Huston Senior Living Center (aka) Jefferson County Memorial Geriatric Center) and sent in care of the mortuary.
