Cheryl Ann Brown

Memorial service for Cheryl Ann Brown, 61, Lawrence will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery in Tonganoxie, KS. She died October 12, 2013 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

She was born on February 27, 1952 in Lawrence, KS the daughter of Theodore and Minnie Jane (Coleman) Brown.

Cheryl was a homemaker. She was a member of First Regular Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her mother, Minnie Jane Lewis, Lawrence; daughter, Laurie L. Logan and husband, Stephen, Acworth, Georgia; son, Dustin D. Riley and wife, Susana, Coldwater, Michigan; sister, Belinda K. Denson and husband Thomas Wayne, Virginia; brother, Marty Brown, California; four grandchildren, Kayle Riley, Isaiah Logan, Treye Logan, Dustin Riley, Jr. , aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister, Selma M. Southard.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society and may be sent in care of the Mortuary.
