Craig Alden Anderson

Family inurnment services will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery for Craig Alden Anderson, 51. Mr. Anderson passed away at his home in Salina March 26th.

He was born April 26, 1965 in Lawrence.

Surviving are his parents, Pete and Joan Anderson; a brother, Todd Anderson; and daughter, Kayleigh Anderson, all of Lawrence. Also surviving are an uncle and two aunts, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Dorothy Anderson, and Henry and Ruby Lobb all of Lawrence.

Mr. Anderson attended Schwegler School, South Junior High, and graduated from Lawrence High School in 1983, where he was active in the Marching Lions Drum Corps and music events. He attended the Berklee School of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, and the Recording Workshop in Cleveland, Ohio.

He was a long-time employee of the Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department, and was the drummer for the popular local band Broken Inglish for many years. Mr. Anderson also played drums for many groups in the Lawrence area. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. We will always remember the redhead and his drums.
