David Franklin Stutler

David Franklin Stutler of Lawrence, KS, passed away Thursday, December 11th, 2014, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. David was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, on September 2, 1941, to Bernard Franklin and Alma (Parsons) Stutler. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 44 years, Jona Marguerite (James) Stutler. David and Jona are survived by seven children: Andrew Stutler of Lawrence, Scott Stutler of Lawrence, Jill Stutler of Eudora, Jay (Jennifer) Stutler of Porter Ranch, CA, Joy Stutler-Grant of Gardner, David (Katie) Stutler of Lawrence, and Jon (Mindy) Stutler of Lawrence. David’s children and 8 grandchildren will miss his unwavering devotion to his family. The family will have a private gathering where there will be much laughter, plenty of ribbing, and joyful remembrances.
