Dean was born March 1, 1915 in Springtown, AR the son of Arthur Morgan and Gertrude Mae (Lane) Ottinger.
He worked as a stockbroker.
He married Louise Lowry. She preceded him in death April 23, 2010.
Survivors include one daughter, Lisa and husband, Bill Fuerst.
