Deanna “Dee” Lynn Hunt-Giles

Memorial visitation for DeAnna “Dee” Lynn Hunt-Giles, 39, Lawrence will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Friday, February 13, 2015 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. She passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

She was born July 7, 1975 in Shawnee, KS the daughter of Richard Lee and Rhonda J. (Evans) Hunt.

She was a counter clerk at Scotch Cleaners in Lawrence for many years.

Survivors include her mother Rhonda Hunt, Lawrence; maternal grandmother, Lila Patton, Lawrence; two aunts, Vicci Erwin, Judy (Willis) Crawford, both of Lawrence; uncle, J.D. Evans, Lawrence; fiancée, Lance Valigura; father, Richard Hunt, Greenville, SC; sister, Heather, Greenville, SC; and numerous cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Lawrence Humane Society and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
