A celebration of life gathering for Dennis Lee “Denny” Swearingen, 64, Lawrence will be held from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Denny’s home at 1158 N. 1900 Road, Lawrence. He died Saturday, January 4, 2014.
Denny was born November 29, 1949 in Richmond, MO the son of Noel Lee and Betty (Hardie) Swearingen.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy.
He was a business consultant.
Survivors include two sons, Zachary Swearingen, Lawrence, Jason Swearingen, Big Rapids, MI; four granddaughters, Tennessee, Brittany, Adrianna, Halle; and one sister, Barbara Bollinger, Blue Springs, MO.
