Eva Colleen Wilson

There will be no public services for Eva Colleen Wilson, 87, of Topeka, KS. She died on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Hickory Pointe Care and Rehabilitation Center in Oskaloosa, KS.

She was born on April 22, 1928 in Neodesha, KS, the daughter of Roy and Alma (Mills) Hogan. She had lived in Lawrence for many years and moved to Topeka, KS in 1973.

Colleen worked for the State of Kansas in the Division of Architectural Services for 20 years as space planning and design consultant for public buildings.

She was married to Loyd Marion Wilson on January 17, 1947 in Independence, KS. He preceded her in death January 19, 2014.

Survivors include three daughters; Linda A. Davis, Leavenworth, KS, Lynn Shultz, and Penny Tuckel, both of Lawrence. She also had four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
