Private graveside services for Harold E. Williams, 82, Lawrence, will be held at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery in Lawrence. Harold passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Pioneer Ridge Retirement Community in Lawrence.
Harold was born on October 10, 1938 in Dresden, Ohio the son of Harley and Tonnie Cecil (Mosholder) Williams.
He has served his country in the United States Army.
He retired from Farmland Industries.
He married Wava Hatcher Williams. She preceded him in death on March 21, 2013.
Survivors include his stepson, Lance (Lisa) Carlsten, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Harold’s name to Lecompton Historical Society and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13 th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
