Memorial services for James Daniel Hutson, 75, Parkville, MO will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2015 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence, KS. James passed away Friday, July 3, 2015 at Medicalodges Eudora.
He was born September 3, 1939 in Waco, TX the son of Shelby Ralph and Ida A. (Landers) Hutson.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening and collecting antiques.
He was an assembly line worker at General Motors in Kansas City.
He married Marcia E. Spurlock June 2, 1960 in Dallas, TX. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include one daughter, Jeanette Ayala and husband, Richard, Hillsborough, CA; two sons, Jim Hutson, Lawrence, Scott Hutson and wife, Teresa, Parkville, MO; and five grandchildren, Danielle Hutson, Jessica Hutson, Ryan Hutson, Richard Ayala, Jr., and Lauren Ayala. He was preceded in death by his brother, Leslie Hutson.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Platte County Senior Services and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
