A celebration of life for Jane “Sheena” Musgrave, 58, Lawrence will be 4 p.m.,
Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. A reception will follow
the service at the Castle Tea Room. She died Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at her home.
Jane was born November 11, 1951 in Billings, Montana, the daughter of Wayne
and Alice McEneaney Musgrave.
She attended Patrick Henry High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jane attended
Kansas State Teachers College in Emporia, Kansas where she earned degrees in
English Literature and a Masters in School Psychology.
Her career spanned 31 years as a School Psychologist in the Flint Hills Cooperative
and in the Tonganoxie School District. She was a member of the National Association
of School Psychologists, Kansas Association of School Psychologist and Friends of the Lawrence Library.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Greg and a nephew David Kendall.
Jane is survived by partner Maggie, two brothers: Phillip and his wife Paula, Kansas City, MO; Mark, Sunnyvale, CA; and a sister, Barbara Kendall, Kansas City, MO.; a niece, Julie Kendall and nephews, Jason, Matt and Paul.
