A visitation will be held 6:00 ~ 8:00 PM, Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence, KS. Janice passed away Friday, August 15, 2025, at Tanglewood Health & Rehabilitation in Topeka, KS.
Janice was born January 7, 1944, in Ottawa, KS, the daughter of George Edward and Margret Catherine (Davies) Zook.
Survivors include her three grandsons, James Edward Lee Tucker, Austin (Jewel) Gene Wade Tucker, Gannon Richard Arnold Tucker, and companion, Ray Atkinson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jim Tucker, son, Jason Tucker, siblings, George Zook, Kenneth Zook, Marion Zook, two grandsons, Dawson Tucker, and Griffin Tucker.
Memorial Contributions may be made in Janice’s name to the First Christian Church and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
