Jay D. Wilson

Graveside services for Jay D. Wilson, 63, Eudora, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Eudora Cemetery in Eudora, KS. Jay passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020 at his home.

Jay was born on March 24, 1956 in Lawrence, KS, the son of William and Marie (Bryant) Wilson.

He enjoyed car racing, trap shooting gun clubs and fishing and hunting.

He worked for General Motors battery plant.

Survivors include his sons, Jeremy Wilson, Daniel Wilson, both of Lawrence; two grandchildren, Abigail Wilson, Makayla Wilson; sister, Amelia Wilson; and brother, Dennis Wilson, both of Eudora.

The family will greet friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, February 20th at Warren-McElwain Mortuary – Eudora Chapel in Eudora, KS.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to a Charity of Donor’s Choice and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
