Funeral services for Joan “Jody” M. McFann Greene, 92, Lawrence, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, August 27, 2021, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Ottawa, KS. A visitation is scheduled for 1:00 ~ 3:00 p.m., Friday, August 27, 2021, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. Jody passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at her home.

Jody was born on January 2, 1929, in Topeka, KS, the daughter of Chet and Faye (McClanahan) McFann.

She was a Secretary for IEBW Local Union 226.

She married Thomas F. Greene on July 10, 1999, in Lawrence, KS. He survives at the home.

Other survivors include her children; Steve Fredricks, Lawrence, KS, Kerry (Richard) Mendell, Ottawa, KS, Kelly (Todd) Hosler, Princeton, KS, eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
