Lenora Mae Crumet passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Crumet and her three brothers, Leslie Hardtarfer, Gene Hardtarfer, and Dale Hardtarfer and one great grandson, Drew Anderson.
She is survived by her five children, Donna Kring and her husband, Jim of Topeka, Sharon Stultz of Lawrence, Alice Newell and her husband, Virgil of Baldwin, Ed Crumet and his wife, Linda of California, and Trudy Cook and her husband, David of Colorado. She has 13 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
She has lived her life in Lawrence working at Hallmark and Sears Roebuck and playing pinochle and canasta . She was a member of the Methodist church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence with visitation from 6 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14th at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sutton Cemetery or Douglas County Visiting Nurses and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
