Margaret Joan Vos, 74, of Lawrence, Kansas passed away on July 13, 2026, at her home.

Margaret was born on September 8, 1951, in Kenosha, Wisconsin to William R. and Nancy T. (Shannon)Vos.

She worked in Health Care for the State of Kansas.

Survivors include her children: Charles Ernest Rayton of Lawrence, KS, Marvin Edward Rayton of Lawrence, KS, Natasha Demby-Rayton Barnes of Lawrence, KS, and Michael James Rayton of Lawrence, KS. And a host of grandchildren

A Funeral Service will take place on Saturday July 25, 2026, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary; 120 W 13th St. Lawrence, KS 66044. Graveside to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence. At 10 a.m.

The celebration of life will be held at the East Lawrence recreational center. 1245 E. 15th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044 from 12 p.m to 5 p.m.
