Marilyn Brunk

Mass of Christian Burial for Marilyn K. Brunk, 65, Grove, OK formerly of Eudora, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Eudora.  Burial will follow at Holy Family Catholic Cemetery.  She died on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at her home in Grove, OK.

Marilyn was born on July 13, 1947 in Eudora, KS the daughter of Joseph and Maurine (Blechel) Katzfey.

She was a bank teller for Kaw Valley Bank until she retired.

She married Larry Brunk on June 28, 1968 in Paola, KS.  He survives of the home.

Other survivors include one son, Mark Brunk, Lawrence; five brothers; and three sisters.  She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

The Parish Rosary will be at 5 p.m. on Wednesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary – Eudora Chapel, followed by a visitation until 7 p.m.

The family suggests memorials in her name to the American Cancer Society and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
