Graveside inurnment for Marion J. Ramirez, 84, Lawrence will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Lawrence. He passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Pioneer Ridge Retirement Community.
Marion was born September 25, 1933 in Horton, KS the son of Frank and Paulla (Rocha) Ramirez.
He worked in maintenance at the University of Kansas Endowment Association.
He married Antonia (Garcia) Davison April 19, 1974 in Topeka, KS. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include his stepchildren, David Davison, Lawrence, Dennis Davison, Topeka, Patty Davison, Lawrence, and Christina Stoddard, Lawrence; and 15 stepgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his stepdaughter, Linda Benitez on January 22, 2017.
