Mayris Lue Reed, 76, Lawrence, KS.  Mayris passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at The University Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS.

Mayris was born on January 18, 1946, in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Michael Buford and Vivian Maxine Cox.

She worked in Property Management.

Mayris married Ed Reed on September 20, 1996, in Lawrence, KS, and he survives at the home.

Other survivors include her children, Jared (Mona) Arnold, Julie (Marcus Ritze) Arnold, Sherri (Aron) Guthrie, Melissa Beavins, Brian Watson, Donald (Caitlin) Reed, Eddy Watson, brother, Michael Cox, grandchildren, Finn, Wyatt, Gray, JLilly, Delaney, Desiree, A.J., Isabella, Kylan, Andrew, Raymond, Gabrielle, Arianna, Glorian, Grayson, and great-grandchild, Atlas.

Mayris was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Alan Cox.
