Memorial visitation for Richard Ross “Rick” McDow, 62, Lawrence will be held from 1 – 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. Private burial will be at a later date. He died Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
Rick was born March 2, 1952 in Kansas City, MO the son of Donald G. and Roberta Jean (Ross) McDow.
He was a finish carpenter.
He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and the Carpenters Union.
Survivors include his parents, Donald and Roberta, Lawrence; two sisters, Suzanne Nutt and husband David, Lawrence, Deborah J. Miller and husband Mark, Kansas City, MO; and nieces and nephews.
