Robert Broholm

Memorial service for Robert E. Broholm, 90, Lawrence, will be held at a future date at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Ferguson, Missouri.  Mr. Broholm died on December 24, 2009, at Brandon Woods.

He was born on January 29, 1919, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Raymond and Ruby Hansen Broholm.

He was a chemist for Mallinckrodt Chemical Works in St. Louis.  He was a vestry member and senior warden at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.  He was the president of the library board for the Ferguson Public Library.

He married Alice Juckem on February 6, 1943, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  She survives of the home.

Other survivors include one daughter, Karen Martin, and husband, James, Bloomfield Village, Michigan; one son, John, and wife, Nancy Giossi, Lawrence; two grandchildren, Kristin and  Jonathon; and one great grandson, Benjamin.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the memorial fund of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
