Robert V. Pierrelee, 74, Lawrence passed away on March 26, 2026, at University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. Private family services will be held at a later date.
Robert was born on November 23, 1951, in Shreveport, LA the son of Warren and Mary (Shadden) Pierrelee.
He worked for the University of Kansas for 18 years as a food service director. He enjoyed golfing, painting, astronomy, and gardening.
He is survived by his two sons, Alex and Jack Pierrelee and daughter, Sarah Pierrelee: two brothers, James and David Pierrelee and two sisters, Susan Sayes and Janine Pierrelee.
The family suggests memorials be made to the charity of the donor’s choice and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
