Shane Lee Wade

Shane Lee Wade, 55, Lawrence, KS, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at his residence.

Shane was born on March 23, 1968, in Kansas City, MO, the son of Carol Moore.

A memorial service will scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Trinity Episcopal Church in Lawrence, KS.

Other survivors include his partner, Lyndal Davis, wife, Michelle Wade, children, Miles Wade, Brooke Wade, cousins, Mona (Leland), Missy, Aunt Sue (Dave), and dear friends Russ and Christine.

Shane was preceded in death by his mother, cousin, Mike, cousin in law Chris, and grandparents Chet and Barbara Moore.

The family suggests memorials in Shane’s name to Lawrence Memorial Hospital or Douglas County VNA and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
