The family of Sharon J. Noble, 82, Eudora will greet friends from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2022, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary – Eudora Chapel. A private family graveside will be at the Eudora Cemetery. Sharon passed away Friday, December 2, 2022, at Medicalodges in Eudora.
Sharon was born December 25, 1939, in Buffalo, KS the daughter of Walter and Madena (Cox) Englebrecht.
She graduated from Eudora High School. She worked at the Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant for 25 years. She also worked at Byrnes Pharmacy.
She was an avid KU fan, never missed a basketball game. She also enjoyed bowling in a women’s and coed leagues.
She married Clobert K. Noble on October 3, 1958, in Eudora, KS. He preceded her in death on August 23, 1996. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, John Cleveland in 1991.
Survivors include her daughters, Michele (Jeff) Cleveland of Eudora, Jana Hague of South Carolina; her son, Kent (Heather) Noble of Eudora; her brother, Walter “Bill” (Sharon) Englebrecht of Eudora; grandchildren, Nathan Cleveland, Mallorie Cleveland, Tyler (Megan) Cleveland, Miles (Jenny) Cleveland, Evan Cleveland, Drew Noble, Taylor Noble, and Tanner Sorenson; great-grandchildren, Olivia Cleveland, Amelia Bunch, Cade Cleveland, Cora Cleveland, Mia Cleveland, Lincoln Higgins-Noble and Knox Noble.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Eudora Food Pantry and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13 th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
