Shelia M. Krug

Sheila M. Krug, 86, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026. She was born in Medicine Lake, Montana to loving parents Julius and Joy Brien.

She was a proud member of the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Nation.

Sheila and her husband and children made their permanent home in the North Topeka area 61 years ago.

She was employed for many years in the office at the North Topeka Ed Marling’s store where she enjoyed meeting those in the community.

Sheila was preceded in passing by her parents, her husband of 60 years Basil-AKA-Dutch, her sisters Iva, Ramona, Shirley. Her brothers Bernard, Gary, Larry, son-in-law Harold and great-grandson Zane.

She is survived by children Joey (Judy), Mark and Susan. She will be greatly missed by her much loved and cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends of Sheila would like to THANK Midland Care Hospice for the wonderful medical and emotional support they provided. We are forever grateful for them.
