Graveside services for Thelma Louise Brantley, 89, Lawrence, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2020 at De Soto Cemetery in De Soto, KS. We will be practicing social distancing and request that you wear a mask for the health and safety of everyone attending. Thelma passed away Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Arbor Court.
Louise was born on July 12, 1930 in Madisonville, TN, the daughter of Sherman and Virgie (Henry) Cardin.
Survivors include her children; Linda (Phillip) Brooks, Patricia Kay (Edward) Gaunce, Peggy Cook, Sherry (Lonnie) Wilson, Gary Cook, Teresa Cook-Najm, Janet (Donald) White, Marlon (Kelly) Brantley, sister, Aliene Simpson, and 100 grandchildren.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Troy in 2010, two children; James and Kathy Cook, siblings; Ralph, Tommy Lee and Marie.
Louise will be lying in state on Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 9:00 ~ 5:00 pm, at Warren-McElwain Mortuary Eudora Chapel, 1003 John L. Williams Drive, Eudora, KS 66025.
