Valorie Blasingame

No formal services are planned for Valorie Marie Blasingame, 56, of Topeka.  She died on April 16, 2009 at Stormont -Vail HealthCare in Topeka, KS.

She was born on March 19, 1953 in California the daughter of Thomas and Mavis Barreth Kinder.

She worked as a custodian for the University of Kansas and also for a local bank.

Survivors include three daughters, Erin Blasingame and April Blasingame of Topeka, Lisa Smith of Indiana; a son, Tim Ofarrell of Emporia, two sisters, Michelle Terry and Paula Killough both of Topeka and 10 grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions in her name to Operation Wildlife and sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
