Wilbur was born October 16, 1958 in Gardner, KS, the son of Wilbur Dean Garrison, Sr. and Martha F. Lee.

He loved cast metal cars, putting model cars together and driving Chevy Chevelle.

He was a taxi driver in Lawrence.

Survivors include her mother, Martha Lee, Eudora; and siblings, Dennis Garrison, Della Fern Parish, both Lawrence, Darien Garrison, David Garrison, both Eudora, Dorena McLees, and Deanna Harris, both of Eudora.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Wilbur Garrison Memorial Fund and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
